Only few selected agents are able to reserve units for their clients at this point in time! Reservations are currently in
the very early stages and are being taken on a first-come, first-serve basis without actual reservation of a specific unit.
The reservation money holds your position for pre-opening day. The $2000/unit Reservation money will be fully
refunded if you decide to cancel anytime before the project is released to the public. Only 5% down is required

Building Info:
Two 12 story concrete and glass towers. All Floor and ceilings are concrete.
Retail Space
Retail and commercial space will be located at ground level on the Halsted (on the East). Currently 5/3 Bank at the
North East corner and Starbucks have committed to lease space with the south portion still open. There will be
approx. 33 parking spaces for the Halsted side retail.
There will be retail space at the north west corner of Tower B and the developers are looking for a Bockwinkles type of
wine/cheese and other specialty items store to lease.
Parking
Each unit will have at minimum 1 indoor heated parking spot for purchase. Guaranteed. Parking garage will be
located on levels 1 & 2 and have heated entrance and exit ramps with interior loading dock.
Lobby area (proposed)
There will be a lounge area that will act as a coffee and juice bar in the AM and as a cocktail lounge in the evenings in
tower B that will have an adjacent fitness center with glass walls. One doorman at lobby entrance between buildings.
Residential Units
The Living space units will start on floor #2 with 6 units (fl plan 1&2 and 7-10) on the west side each tower. Unit #7 will
have the only outdoor terrace (approx 10x20) unique to floor #2 units.
Floor #3 units 306 will have outdoor terraces as well with unobstructed (east) skyline views. The terraces will be as
wide as the unit with a 23' depth. Typical floor plans continue through the 12th floor with 9' ceiling s and floor #12
(penthouse) having at least a 10' ceiling height.
